Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Annacis Island

Job Description: 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customer or vendor inquiries
  • Greet clients / suppliers / visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Efficiently answer and direct phone inquiries
  • Perform typical administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, scanning, mailing, etc.
  • Management of client appointments
  • Requesting documents from vendors and other sources
  • Opening and preparing files
  • File and maintain organization of physical records
  • Data entry for various departments
  • Self-motivated with a professional approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of CargoWise program
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing
  • Positive attitude and able to multi-task and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills


  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Start as soon as possible
