The center is positioned directly across from Gate 3 of the Port of Savannah's Garden City Container Terminal, the main container terminal at the port, and less than one mile from I-516, with direct access to I-15 and I-95.
The Class A, front-load warehouse distribution building provides over 201,000 square feet of capacity. It offers 15 container doors, 20 dock highs, and four overhead doors for maximum cargo movement in and out of the facility.
